** One of the objectives of Arangkada Philippines that has lagged behind is for investment in marketing the country globally. The Net is the cheapest and most readily available marketing tool. But when you browse the Web, Filipino women mostly are advertised as sexual and domestic mates. We need to do more to improve this popularly-held image. For one, the Net should be exploited to make known the many Filipino women who made a difference, their successes, their work, etc. who make the country proud. We have these information on printed literature and the information should be circulated to the wider community.
