What’s wrong with this picture?

You’d understand if it’s taken in the time of cave people. The fact that it’s not – it confuses, is a cause for despair even, provokes feelings of embarrassment and shame. Shame, in light of the question What are we doing about it? How is this possible even in the cities? This is the question of this century, for this generation, this resource-rich country.
